Purchasing Angel Coding products

  • What payment method does Angel Coding use?
Angel Coding uses Paypal for all payment processing. After confirming your order at checkout, you will be directed to Paypal to make your payment. Paypal makes it easier and safer for you to make payment over its secure pages, and none of your Paypal billing details will be shared with us. Upon confirmation of payment, you will be redirected back to angelcoding.com where your order will be confirmed.

  • Do I need to be a member of Paypal to make a payment?
No, you don't. You can use Paypal as a 'Guest' and just simply pay with a credit/debit card.

  • What currencies do you support?
Angel Coding is a UK company, therefore the base price set for products is in British Pounds.
To make things easier for many of our International users, we have provided a currency selector tool on the shop pages featuring all currencies directly supported by Paypal. In most cases, this will enable you to view and pay in your own or preferred currency, calculated on a daily exchange rate from the European Central Bank. Please note that there is a 2.5% fee added on to these currency conversions which, in many cases, will work out cheaper than by paying in British Pounds and letting Paypal do the currency conversion for you. Please also be aware that credit card payments via paypal may only be converted by your credit card issuer and not by Paypal. In this case, it is up to you to decide which currency will give you the cheapest rate, as it will depend on your card issuer's conversion charges and fees.
If your currency is not available for display, please use British Pounds.

  • How do I receive my new software?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive two emails from us (and possibly one or more emails from Paypal).
One of these emails will be a link to where you can view your invoice for the order, and the other email will contain a link to your software with a unique license ID which you will need to enter upon activation of your new product. If you are a new user to angelcoding.com, you should also receive an email containing your user details for reference - please keep these details safe.

  • How do I solve a Bad Request?
If you get something like the following:
"Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."
